Now that’s a good model: having the members of the community come in during the morning so that they don’t get cold, drink some hot coffee, read a book or newspaper while drinking, and maybe socialize with other members. That’s hitting at least four birds with one stone right there.
Though, I think they probably get more people to come if they offered donuts also 😉
