Letter of Completion

Good morning everyone. As I’ve mentioned, I am now the graduate coordinator for the School of Information. Part of these duties include approving withdrawals, changes to candidacy forms, signing off on the candidacy forms themselves, etc. One of the things I have been asked for the last few days as folks are finishing their portfolios is our letters of completion for those who are going to be looking for a job, but will not actually have their official transcript and graduation confirmation until January. If any of you are finishing the portfolio, finishing this class, and actively looking for jobs that require proof that you will have your degree, please let me know and I can do a letter of completion for you as well. Something libraries are very strict about interviewing folks who have not officially graduated and the letter can be helpful.

Contact me directly if this is something that would help with your job search……
