How Did This Get Made never fails to entertain me. It is a podcast about terrible movies hosted by 3 amazing comedians. Even if you don’t watch the films they discuss you can’t help but crack a rib laughing at the hosts’ hijinks and candid observations. If you need a break from being serious or need a good laugh, I highly recommend!

I regularly binge Murder She Wrote, Psych and Bobs Burger’s. Once I finish one I cycle back and start the binge all over again. Somehow they never get old.
-
I first started watching Bob’s Burgers during the pandemic – such a funny, comfort show. I love how they all support each other without any hesitation, in whatever wild thing they are trying to accomplish.
-
It is so pure while being absolutely hilarious. I also found it during the Pandemic. I swear it helped keep me sane. Ha!

Hi All, These days, I’m consistently binging young adult and new adult romantasy novels. I’ve always had an affinity for these genres and have enjoyed watching their evolution over the years. Being a part of the fan culture around creative works amplifies the whole experience for me. I enjoy seeing the art and conversation the stories inspire. And…[Read more]

My sister has recently convinced me to start reading romantasy. I am now upset it took me until my 30s to finally give the genre a chance! If you feel up to it I would love some recommendations. Maybe just your top 3?
-
I love this — well done to your sister! A Court of Thorns and Roses (Sarah J. Maas) is a main series considered the “gateway” into Romantasy addiction. It’s not that the first book will blow your mind (though you’ll likely enjoy it) — it’s that the second book will (it’s chef’s kiss excellence). The series Fourth Wing (Rebecca Yarros) has been…[Read more]

I’ve been listening to a lot of Jay Shetty’s On Purpose recently, but one of my main go-to podcasts is 99% Invisible, which is about how design influences our lives.
For anyone looking for a light-hearted, silly, fun, and yet also insightful podcast, I enjoy Everything Is Alive, where Ian Chillag interviews inanimate objects (a pillow, a subway…[Read more]

HI all 🙂 I’m not binging on much at the moment, but I am looking forward to consuming the third season of The Bear starting on 6/27 (I’ll still get my blog done, promise!). Having been in/around the food world a fair bit, it takes me back into the hustle of kitchen life, just from the comfort of home where no one’s shouting and nothing’s on the line 😉
-
@Caroline Yes, chef! Such a great show I cannot wait.
-
A few weeks ago, I was reshelving in the library and a patron very politely said “I’m just behind you,” and I didn’t even look up, just instinctively stepped in toward the shelves and said, “Heard!” Some habits die hard 😝

Hello! I funnily enough recently completed my yearly binge of Twin Peaks, which I see is the header and profile picture of this group. Now, I am moving on to binging Avatar: The Last Airbender, and more than likely before the summer is over, I will start my yearly binge of the Lord of the Rings movies!
-
@condandridge I watched a big chunk of TP season 2 back in April. It held up much better than I recall. I still think about season 3…
-
Season 3 never leaves my head- just absolutely astounding.
-
Agree. Seriously. Will never forget that summer.

“yearly binge of Lord of the Rings movies” = amazing ✨
This is a fantastic annual activity. -
Not sure what theatres are near you that would have Fathom Events, but they are starting their LOTR Extended Edition series to see LOTR on the big screen! Its way too much fun to be in a room full of strangers that also have facts and lines of the movie memorized. Lol! https://www.fathomevents.com/series/the-lord-of-the-rings-trilogy/
-
@ktgall I am seeing Fellowship of the Ring this Saturday on the big screen! Super excited.
-
That is going to be awesome! I’m hoping to go to one of the later dates, they already sold out near me for this weekend.

Hey all – Currently enjoying You’re Wrong About podcast. The episodes on Go Ask Alice (the infamous book by anonymous) were amazing!
-
I love your Wrong About! I also enjoy Maintenance Phase that Michael Hobbes helped start and lead to him leaving Your Wrong About. The podcast debunks health/nutritional fads and trends and discusses the impact they had on society and current health trends.
-
@ktgall I will check that out…sounds right up my alley!
-
I love Maintenance Phase! I was so sad when I got caught up lol. Another Michael Hobbes podcast – If Books Could Kill! He’s so fun to listen to.

Hey all – I have been hooked on Hacks and Loot on my streaming services. So good and funny!
-
I just finished watching the latest seasons of both, they were so enjoyable with great casts!
-
@alana42 Would agree 💯. Also: I think Maya Rudolph is brilliant!
-
-
I’m currently binging hacks with my fiance and we can not get enough!
