See you Sunday!
- September 7: Our first Class Social Hour will be at 1pm PT. I’ll be on hand to chat or answer any questions you have. No formal agenda, just a chance to check in. Join from PC, Mac, Linux, iOS or Android: https://sjsu.zoom.us/j/85841163639?pwd=C3agKrAD1DrrY0LpikupDOHwkfpOB6.1 Password: Please see Canvas Site front page for passwords.
Occasionally throughout the semester, Michael will host a social time for the class in the Hyperlinked Library Commons on Zoom. These are optional “drop in” sessions for students to ask questions, share or just chat. We might also have guest speaker or conversation with a practitioner. There are no mandatory sessions but students are encouraged to attend if schedules allow. It will be a way for us to check in and keep in touch. Sessions will be recorded.
Professor,
That looks like a great cup of tea! I am a tea drinker as well!
@jcrystalc yay! Right now my favorite early morning breakfast tea is from Stash in Portland, Oregon.
Sounds fancy. lol! When the season changes, I like “winter wake,” it’s from Trader Joe’s. It tastes like fall feels to me.
@jcrystalc that is a cool way to describe it. Stash has a robust flavor that reminds me of being in the UK.
@michael, I like Stash teas I’ll have to try their version of black tea to get me moving in the mornings. I grew up on Lipton, but lately I’ve been drinking Twinings English and Irish breakfast teas. (Loose leaf feels fancy, but a bit too fussy for the morning.)
@jcrystalc, may I join your tea-drinker club too? I need recommendations besides Earl Grey and Orange Pekoe. 😁 I just bought some rooibos loose leaf with cinnamon—Do Not Recommend! Trader Joe’s is too far for me. I’ll have to find a drink-alike for the “winter wake”.
