Written by I wanted to share a quick update about accessing our Zoom links. I recently heard from the university’s IT security team that storing our meeting password on WordPress (out on the open web) was not a best practice. I completely understand their concern, so I’ve moved our Zoom information to the front page of our Canvas site, where the course welcome message is located.
I’m sorry for the extra step this creates, but this change helps us stay in line with important security protocols and keeps our class space safe.
