Here is a link to my Inspiration Report about creating a digital literacy lab at the library where I work. This is something our college administration has suggested. So, it was great to take a deeper dive into the topic, knowing this could happen one day!
Hi Rachel, I really enjoyed reading your amazing presentation on creating a Digital Learning Lab. I resonated with the lab being accessible for instruction by professors and by students. I like that you added technologies like virtual reality for students in the medical fields. I appreciate you pointing out some of the challenges with creating a digital lab, mainly staying up to date with certain technologies and how that can become costly. Overall, I would love to see this on a university campus as I believe it would be instrumental in helping instruct students in new technologies so they can be better prepared for their future career pathways.
