I really enjoyed your presentation! It was concise, engaging, and near and dear to my heart. I love cooking and eating. The cost of food is a real issue in our country as is access. American’s health has been a long-term concern as well. I love the empowerment aspect of this initiative. Knife skills are so essential and a lot of people never learn proper technique and safety. What a wonderful program that could really enhance people’s lives!
