@aitam this looks like an ambitious but much needed service to the community of East San Jose. I like how you walked through the iterations of your process to produce the documents at the end that give an outline of what is needed and how to promote to the various laundromats. I also like that you are involving high school students in the programming to assist members of the community with their needs. This promotes not only participatory service, but learning everywhere. I also liked the example from the Bronx video and hope that this type of program really takes off. Meet the people where they are, not were we are. Great job!
