Love the bold graphics and the message in this presentation. Soft skills are so important. I find it is easier as I have gotten older. Yes to bending the rules and letting people renew their books. Sometimes I let them return then check it out again, as long as it is not on hold for someone else.

Yes–the old “return and check right back out!” Our library director said something to me not long ago about customer service being about finding ways to say yes as much as possible. I love that!
