Your innovation strategy and roadmap is amazing! I like how you are using social media as a way to draw teen groups in while allowing the teens some autonomy over the content that is posted on the channel. Teens know what other teens like and having teens create content that they know will interest other teens is a great way to draw that demographic to the library!
I love this idea @bevinclempson! Not only will teens gain tech skills that can translate into other platforms or computer software, but they’ll also experience social media usage in a safe and respectful manner that can help guide them in their individual use of social media.
