I enjoyed this report and thinking about the conversations between Instagram, TikTok, and physical spaces. I think there is more and more dialogue between print and platforms with user-generated content like Instagram that seems to break down some hierarchies. Your design and illustrations were so cohesive and colorful. This! “By developing in-person
programming inspired by social media trends, partnering with book influencers
and viral librarians, and curating thoughtful and creative virtual content libraries can reaffirm themselves as innovative and trusted community hubs.”

Thanks so much Maya! I’m definitely seeing libraries leveraging the power of social media to bring people to the library. I absolutely love the Milwaukee Library’s instagram. They are my every day joy.
