Virtual Symposium

Hi All,

I made a very short canva presentation in the suggested 3,2,1 format for my virtual symposium.  This class included so much information, and for me, often new information.  I loved the journey and I learned so much!  Thanks!

    Hi Rachel,
This is such a polished, great presentation! I especially loved your description of libraries as “centers of change” — as I think that really is the perfect descriptor of the past, present and future evolution of libraries. I think so many people outside of this field really overlook just how much libraries have already adapted in the centuries that they’ve been around. If libraries can make it through all those historical events, then surely they will continue to be relevant in the modern age as well. And congrats on a semester well done! 😊📚

    Hi Rachel,

Thank you for your takeaways from the class that center around libraries as dynamic places. I loved being asked to explore new ways of looking at technology in this class, and the many creative ways in which librarians are adapting these shared spaces to increase access.
