@stratxan23 Respect for putting your video up on YouTube! Also, your passion for technology really comes through. Can’t wait to see what you achieve in the future.
@deanau, Thank you! The only way to post videos on WordPress is to have an external link or post it some other complicated way with multiple steps. I never had a channel of sorts but I guess this is a start! Thank you as well. I am all for the newest gadgets.

Great video! I love your idea of recommendations based on what you watch, read, and listen to. I think if we can figure out how to get around any privacy issues it would be great for libraries – all the libraries I have worked in we do not track what you check out once you return because of privacy concerns.
Great job!

Hi @jennietoblergaston, thank you for the kind words! I’m thinking of a way to make my philosophy work in the library setting. I understand privacy is an issue but at the same time there might be a way!
@stratxan23 I love the idea of incorporating “Netflix experience”- esque strategies into library services. I think libraries would benefit greatly and customer engagement and usage would grow exponentially from something like this. A+ on the production and content of your video by the way!

Hi @nydya, thank you! At first, it seems like an easy feat, but the more I think about it, security and privacy come into play. This has been mentioned in the comments, but I am sure there is an easy workaround!
Hi @stratxan23, wonderful video! I really loved your thoughts on why people use social media and share Amazon reviews. It’s easy to do these things and not think about why, but you make such a good point about it all coming down to how people need to share with each other. It’s exciting to think how technology can be incorporated into libraries and how technology can benefit library users. Nice work!

@stratxan23 What a great start! Nice video/editing skills too.
@deanau, Thanks! I’m a filmmaker/screenwriter and I love anything that has to do with film.
“We can’t help it, we were made to share” – I love this quote! I have never read this book but you sold me on reading it. Thank you for sharing 🙂
@mettlsa I think that is the best quote I’ve seen in a while! It’s a good read, you’ll enjoy it! (:

Hi @skyeappleby thank you so much! I can’t wait for the future of libraries! Technology will hopefully change the way we view and use libraries.
