    Hyperlinked communities in libraries represent the shift from traditional interactions towards more interconnected and collaborative interactions. By utilizing modern technology, libraries can move beyond their physical limitations and use these resources to create a space that is more inclusive and engaging. Digital resources, such as online catalogs and e-books, allow users to access materials from anywhere at any time and in the palm of their hands, much like how the Los Angeles Public Library utilizes Libby.     Hello everyone! My name is Leslie Imelda Serpas, and I work as a program coordinator for a college access program with high school students who come from first-generation, low-income backgrounds and are interested I pursuing careers in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics). I love the work that I do and know that I make a difference in their young lives.
