Hi @mollieg I really like your idea here, I think it’s important to support patrons through all seasons. Seasonal wellness is important to address, especially where there are more dramatic weather changes. I can see this being a popular program at many public libraries. I particularly like the idea of light therapy light to be offered in the library of things, very clever!

I really loved this idea! I don’t live in a cold climate anymore, but I would definitely have participated in something like this during some bad winters in New York. I especially appreciated that you provided options for both at-home wellness and in person. Nice job!

This is a great idea! Here in SF, this could be a program year-round because of how cold it is! Light lamps and the self care kits are great ideas! What’s great is that this can be implemented in the coldest parts of SF, where the microclimate does not allow for much natural light (like where I live)
