I went to a CARL mini conference of the reference special interest group and there was a session by Sol Werthen (UCLA MLIS student) on the use of chatbots in the reference interaction. All the best!
Thanks, George. I’m really interested to see where information retrieval goes with machine learning. It seems like we’ve plateaued a bit with BM25 as a ranking algorithm for search results.
